AROMA: I get nice scents of banana and cloves, with hints of lemon and bubble gum at the very end. No surprises here as this has the nose of your typical traditional Hefeweizen. It's pleasant without being overpowering.
APPEARANCE: Pours a hazy goldish amber, with a tall, white, tightly frothy head that dissipates slowly with moderate lacing.
TASTE: It's mildly sweet with mild flavors of banana, clove, and sour lemon. Based off of the aroma, I was actually expecting a bit more flavor that what I got. I was also surprised that the sour lemon flavor was as prominent as it was. Granted, it was not a star flavor, but it was not as hidden as the aroma would have suggested. The sourness also added a bit of dryness to the finish.
MOUTHFEEL: Medium-bodied with a dry and slightly tacky texture. Carbonation is about average.
OVERALL: All-in-all this is pretty close to your traditional Hefeweizen. Although I did find the sour level a little higher than I would prefer, and the texture could be a bit smoother. Other than that, it makes for a nice quaff on a warm day.

From a 500ml bottle on 5/5/2023. Pours a clear deep golden with biggish head. Smells of fruity, yeasty and spicy. The taste brings lots of banana, clove, bread, yeast and light sweet citrus. Just a hint of bitterness in the tangy finish. Silky mouthfeel with average carbonation. An excellent and quite smashable weissbier.

Cloudy orange-gold with a big frothy white head and bananas on the nose. Light to medium bodied, slightly grainy / chewy, with a yeasty malt flavour, some subtle hints of spice perhaps, and slightly bitter fruit in the finish

On tap at Kugler Alm. Hazy orange amber with a big head. Light banana nose, rounded wheat aroma. I'm fighting with a yellow jacket for the first sip. Creamy flavor, nice yeast notes, mid complexity with a hint of caramel behind all the bananas.

Banana and a light hint of coriander. Pours slightly hazy golden with good head. Light meadow floral finish. Bottle my wife bought me--I can't believe I haven't rated this, despite having had numerous times.
