Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a huge white head. The aroma has notes of bananas, cloves, and dusty hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of bananas, dusty hops, wheat, and cloves, leading to a dry wheaty finish.

500ml bottle. Cloudy pale golden colour with good frothy stable white head. Intense yeasty and fruity aroma, apple, peach, hay, a touch of glue. Husky taste, slightly wheat grainy, later again fruity, dry finish. Not overwhelming, not bad.

0,5 l. bottle in to a weizen. Lovely, cloudy, golden-orange colour with a white, frothy head, that slowly collapsed. Fruity aroma with banana, ripe peaches, light dough notes and oranges. Taste is light sweet. Light to medium body with a thin texture. Lively carbonated. Short sweet and fruity finish. A nice surprise, as their dunkelweizen is rather mediocre. The body still lacks a bit, however.

Moderately sweet flavour, rather light bodied with a medium carbonation. Wheat-malty and yeasty fruity taste with citrus and light notes of banana; sweet and slightly sourish fruity finish with restrained phenolic spice (29.06.08).
