Unser Bürgerbräu Hallgrafen-Bock, Flasche von Getränke Winkler, Altötting. - Lichtes Goldbraun, klar. - In der Nase schweres aber rundes helles Malz, zart brotig-karamellig und mit Anklängen an Vanille und Honig, abgerundet durch gedämpfte aber stattliche herbale Hopfung. - Antrunk kernig und fast derb hellmalzig mit tiefer Bonbonsüße, etwas Butter und Honig, ausbalanciert durch kräftige florale und herbale bzw. krautige Hopfenbittere. Milder rezent, schwer; gut kaschierter Alkohol. Im Abgang beträchtliche wenngleich ein wenig derbe Hopfenbittere. - Kerniger, tief malziger und sehr solide gehopfter heller Bock mit beträchtlicher Bittere, der bis in den bitteren Nachtrunk hinein eine fein honigsüße Reinheit bewahrt - liegt es am beworbenen kristallklaren Bergquellwasser? 500ml Bottle - Golden with a white head. Grass, lime and bread in the aroma. Malty, grainy and faintly sweet taste with grass, lime, white bread and grain.

Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, small head. Starts strong, malty, light alcoholic notes, not too sharp. More and more spicy, light metallically notes. Grasy-spicy finish, still strong. Nice!

Bottled. Hazy golden, mid sized head. Fruity honey aroma. Sweetish with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Fruity with some honey and grass. Slightly peppery finish with low bitterness.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein goldenes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch malzig fruchtig, getreidig, leicht herb. Geschmack sehr malzig getreidig, fruchtig, leicht alkoholisch.

Bottle (thanks McTapps!). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is grainy, bready malts, some floral notes as well as mild herbs. Flavour is sweet malts, grains, alcohol, mild glue and some grass. Not very exciting flavour.

Bottle, danke Günther.. Amber, low head and carbonation. Honeyish malt aroma. Fullbodied, heather-honey sweet base - tastes more of mead than many meads I tried, flowery and good grassy and herbal notes, enough hop bitterness to cut through, quite good balance actually, dry finish and quite drinkable.
