Bottle. Clear golden colour with a medium white head. Light malty and grainy aroma with light herbal hops. Taste is almost the same: light malty and grainy, light bitter. Light body with medium carbonation. Balanced, mild, ok.

Würzig-mildes Bier. Getreidig mit leicht süßlicher Malznote, dabei moderat herb. Die Herbe wird im Nachgeschmack deutlicher, dabei leicht getreidig. Süffig.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein goldgelbes Bier mit ordentlicher Schaumkrone. Geruch leicht malzig, getreidig, leicht herb. Geschmack getreidig malzig, minimal bitter.

Das klassische Helle ist ein ein feines, solides Bier, das nicht übertrieben und überladen ist. So hat es ordentliche getreidige Noten, die aber dem Hopfen auch die Gelegenheit geben, sich zu entfalten. EIn klassisches Feierabendbier, von dem man einige mehr verträgt (zumindest geschmacklich), ohne dass es fad wird und ohne dass man überfordert wird. Es mag nur eine begrenzte Palette an Aromen nach Getreide, Brot und auch Gras haben, aber diese sind schön balanciert und erlauben ein süffiges Geschmacksvergnügen.

On tap, 0.40l. Clear deep golden color with thin creamy white head and decent lacing. Aroma of grainy malt, herbal hops and some citrus. Taste starts with sweet malt, while followed by sour grainy and bready notes. Crisp and dry mouthfeel and moderate hoppy finish. Medium body, slick texture and lively carbonation in palate. Good enough to try it again...
