Gebraut wird es streng nach dem deutschen Reinheitsgebots mit feinem Aromahopfen und original sächsischem Malz. Die natürlich im Bier belassene Hefe gibt dieser Weizenspezialität ihren typischen hefetrüben und goldgelben Farbton.

Bottle. Hazy orange with a medium head. Aroma is wheat, candy, banana. Flavour is medium wheat with a sweet fruity balance. Finsh is dry smooth with no bitterness

Bottled@Björntasting. Slightly hazy orangeish golden colour with a mediumsized foamy head. Aroma is banana, wheat, citrus fruits, yeast and mild earthyness. Flavour is rather yeasty with some bananas, wheat and also caramel malty notes. Balanced.

Bottled. Hazy golden, small head. Fruity nose. Medium bodied with mushy mouthfeel. Some overripe banana and band-aid, notes of cellar. Sloppy fruity finish.

bottle, bought somewhere in Dresden. Cloudy pale yellow colour with an orangey touch, large white head. Fruity nose. Medium-bodied, wheaty-malty, fruity without having too much banana. Well-balanced.

Tap. Sweet-sour lemon and milky malt aroma. Cloudy pale yellow color with a nice head. Sweet-tart lemon, banana, and wheat malt flavor. Light carbonation. Okay but a bit bland.

The bottle looks normal, the beer in the glass is okay. The beer starts fruity and yeasty, but turns then sourish, dry and dusty. Very unbalanced finish. Not so good!

Herber, dann etwas bitterer Antrunk, nicht hefig, nicht fruchtig, Weizen-untypisch. Im Mittelteil milder, aber nicht wirklich anders. Auch im Nachgeschmack nicht wirklich nach einem Weizen, hopfig, leicht bitter, unsüffig. Extrem sortenuntypisch. Test vom 20.1.2008, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 7,6,5,6,9,5 - 5,70
