Bought in Tenerife. Drunk at home with red leicester cheese. Orange ish with thin head. Nice mild aroma of orange and coriander, but pretty faint. Flavor is thin bodied, light bitterness, citrusy and mild with a refreshing light acidity. It's alright, a mild Belgian Wit. If I had that many restaurant stars I'd be a bit disappointed if this was the best beer my people could come up with, but you could certainly drink several of them with a thousand euro meal without killing your palate.

Old rating from 24-06-16 - 750ml bottle from Waitrose in Jersey. Pours a hazy straw colour with a white foamy head. Aromas of grains, lemon, yeast , light floral hops, banana, light pepper and coriander. Tastes is on the light side much of the former as well as sweet honey and caramel, citrus and a hint of spice. Aftertaste has a slightly dry fruity feel with a light bitter finish. Overall, a very good effort of a blend of lager & wheat style beers.

Bottled. For the record, this is supposedly made for "El Bulli", which is, according to most, the world’s single best restaurant ion the Costa Brava in Espana.
Wow, this was a witte? I could have sworn it was a belgian golden-ish ale cause that’s what she looked like. And tasted like. Spicy aroma etc. Goood but not great. Is iit "El Bulli" quality? Maybe......I’d probably BYO my own bottle if I could though. Of course, getting an El Bulli reservation is not a very high % deal so whatever.

Bottle shared with Vebjørn before Mario Kart duel at MB2 07.04.25. Clear golden straw colour. Diminishing white head. Fine aroma and taste of succade, meadows, ripe bananas and sweet pale malt. Sweet and refreshing at the same time. Moderate bitterness.

0.33 l bottle @ Mijas. Pours hazy yellow with thin, quickly disappearing head. Tart, citrusy witbier nose followed by the same notes in taste. Light bodied, softly carbonated, easily drinkable. Mediocre wit, but not bad.

Huge aroma of citrus, cirriander and lemon. Flavor is big on wheat with alot of corriander, and lemon in the finish, even some orange and apricot. A nice effort, quite good for the style.

Pours a clear yellow/golden with a white head. Aroma of wheat, yeast, fruits, some spices. A bit too weak and watery for my taste. This is marketed as a Belgian White, but it’s especially disappointing when compared to some of the finer examples of said beer style.
