15-01-18 // 500ml bottle. Cloudy murky orange. Small head. Banana and clove, some roasted malt sweetness. Spicy. Solid.

Fles gedeeld met familie. Goudgeel licht troebel bier. Heftig schuimend bij inschenken. Aroma is fruitig. Smaak is fruitig en hoppig. Nasmaak is iets bitter.

At a tasting, thanks, small quickly dissapearing creamy bubbly head, cloudy deep yellow with some floaties, aroma of toothpaste, almond, and mineral hints, same traits in flavor with some fruity and vinous sourness. Drinkable but had better weizens.

Can shared at a tasting at Max’s place. Cloudy yellow with a big white head. Aroma of overripe fruity esters (banana, a bit of citrus), bread, cardboard hint. Sweet flavor with bread, fruity esters, a cardboard note and a bitterish hint. Light to medium-bodied. Could be fresher, but still OK.

Bottle @ home. Hazy cloudy orange color, full sized quite long lasting white head. Smell and taste are close to the typical weizen: yeast, wheat, sweetish, slightly banana-ish. Decent body and carbonation.

Cloudy yellowish beige beer, creamy white head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: some banana, bit malty, sweet touch, caramel, sugary. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: banana, bit sweet, yeasty, citrus touch. Aftertaste: more banana, soft bitterness.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein trübes goldenes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch hefig, fruchtig, würzig. Geschmack hefig fruchtig, reife Bananen, leicht würzig.
