Ferran Adrià and Damm brewmasters have created the first beer specially designed to accompany meals. A unique blend of malt barley and wheat, flavoured with coriander, licorice and orange zest, INEDIT has a darkish colour with amber tones. Please keep in a wine cooler when serving in white wine glasses and do not fill the glass more than half full so as to appreciate all its virtues.

Bottle from Ocado. Hazy orange pour with a fluffy white head. Nose is coriander, orange peel, banana. Taste is much the same, spot of peach in the background. Sweet citrusy vibe. Dry, sicy sweet. Competent brew.

75cl bottle from Tesco probably. Misty pale golden yellow with a decent head. Decent floral whiff. Pleasantly sweet, floral witbier yeast character, cereal malt shades.. not bad. Actually alright.

Thin off white head on cloudy golden coloured body. Sweet malt, herbal & orange aroma. Medium bodied, soft & clean. Lemon, coriander, citrus & cereal tastes. Delicately flavoured.

.75l bottle. Hazy yellow body with a lasting white head. Grainy malts in the aroma with a hint of lemon zest and a touch of coriander. The coriander is more pronounced in the taste and it also shows some notes of orange zest. Less spicy than what you'd expect from a witbier, but still nice.

330ml bottle from Tesco Danestone. It pours clear yellow - gold with a small, fluffy white head. The aroma is sweet, coriander, doughy bread, biscuit, wheat cracker, zingy orangey sherbet, tangerine and light sherbet. The taste is crisp, dry, quite clean, snappy, zingy orangey citrus, wheat cracker, crisp biscuit, coriander is more muted than on the snout, damp grain and hay with a dry finish. Average body and fine, prickly carbonation. Not a huge amount of depth, but rounded and very drinkable.
