Ferran Adrià and Damm brewmasters have created the first beer specially designed to accompany meals. A unique blend of malt barley and wheat, flavoured with coriander, licorice and orange zest, INEDIT has a darkish colour with amber tones. Please keep in a wine cooler when serving in white wine glasses and do not fill the glass more than half full so as to appreciate all its virtues.

Can, Legacy. Dullish, hazy, thin head. On the nose, it's got a nice orangey note. maybe a touch of wheatiness. Flabby malts, definitely too sweet, with some orange and coriander notes. Fairly simple wit, and honestly to look at it, and work through those sticky malts, I don't think the execution is all that great, either. I gave this beer a pass until the packaging and pricing aligned with what I thought it was like, and even then I feel like it's poor value.

Can from the LCBO. Pours a slight hazed light-golden colour with a big creamy off-white head, good retention and loads of creamy-wavy lacing. Wow, the nose is quite rich and sweet - with orange notes, yeast and wheat. The taste is a milder, but still a little too rich. Again, the oranges, yeast and wheat. Not feeling the liquorice... and wish I was. Would probably blend things better. Not my thing, but the head is quite beautiful.

06.11.2018 -- 0.33l bottle from sorli in barcelona, bb 09.2019. pours a slightly hazy pale golden with a frothy head. aroma of coriander, cloves, black pepper. flavour of cloves, black pepper, some other spices, sweet malts. the sweetness is not fruity, so, yes, this has a very lagery feel to it.

500ml can. Pours a hazy gold with a medium, foamy, long lasting, white head that leaves curtains of lace. Aroma of grainy wheat malt, orange peel, yeast, floral and faint coriander. Sweet flavour of wheat malt, orange peel, lemon, apple and coriander with a dry, spicy white pepper finish. Light body with a watery texture and average carbonation. Refreshing and easy drinking.
