500 ml bottle served in mug. Bright golden colour. Grain aroma dominates, floral hops aroma, malty hay aroma, but overall not really complex and a bit flat. Almost no bitterness, but a bit sweet sweet. Very easy to drink and refreshing. Nice palate. Not bad.

500ml bottle. Clear, yellow-ish, rather pale golden colour with small, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Sweet-ish grainy, minimally strawy aroma, a touch of pale malt spiciness. Taste is minimally sweet pale malty, minimally grainy, minimally strawy, slightly dry hoppy finish. Light bodied, minimally watery; catchwords: rice, sack, China.

bottle from Bierzwerg. Golden colour, mid-sized white head. Medium-bodied, malty with marzipane and nuts, some shy hoppy touch. The lack of hops is compensated by the rather nice malt profile.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein goldgelbes Bier mit ordentlicher Schaumkrone. Geruch malzig, grasig, leicht süß. Geschmack kräftig malzig, süß, grasig.

Bottle looks good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts strong-malty, fine spicy, some woody hints. Finish a bit milder, still malty-spicy. Okay.

Bottle (courtesy of Jonas !) Golden, quickly vanishing, slightly lacing white head; sweetish-grainy and slightly hoppy nose with a cardboardy touch; medium bodied, moderate sweet-bitter flavour; fruity and papery traces in the light bitter-sweet finish. Disappointing...........

(bottle) Clear, greenish pale golden colour with a medium-sized foamy white head with lace. Sweet pale malty, slightly grainy nose with a tinge of acidity and cardboard. Sweet flavour, medium to light bodied with a moderate, almost crispy carbonation. Grainy, malt-accented taste, quite one-dimensional with a tinge of cardboard. According to its abv the finish is pretty slim and almost watery. Bland (28.05.08).

Bottle. Golden, big bubbles, frothy white head. Grainy nose. Sweet malt base, light sugary, a hint perfumed hops. A bit flatish despite the visible pearls. Sweet finish.
