Draught at the brauhaus
Muddy orange to light amber color. The aroma is light, with some of the typical Weizen spicy touch, but no fruit. The body is quite weak and dry, with a very light sourness that once again shows how some brewers are not mastering the top fermentation; the flavor is indeed quite poor (light flavor of dirty water, spices, wheat, banana). The final is dry and short. Not the best one.

The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also. Fine turbid, nice head. Aroma fruity, not too yeasty. Tastes strong frutiy, modest sourish and yeasty. Not too dry. Good hefeweizen!

Bottle from brewery. Complex aroma - banana, orange, apricot, clove, wheat malt - very nice. Cloudy dark amber color with big beige head. Flavor much lighter than aroma - creamy wheat malt, banana, clove. Nice palate initially but finishes watery. Overall, a top rate weizen - would have been just about perfect if the flavor came out more.
