On draught at the brewpub. The beer pours a slightly cloudy yellow-gold color with a medium foamy white head that diminishes slowly. Small patches of lacing on the glass. Aroma of biscuit malt and grassy hops. Light body with flavors of bready malt, mild hops and fruit. The finish is lightly hopped with a short mildly bitter aftertaste. Decent overall.

Muddy blond color; nice creamy head. The aroma is very mild, with traces of malt and wet wood. Good body structure and mouthfeel, not too dry; the malt flavor is simple, with some cereals and light residual sweetness; the bitterness level is correct. Pleasant but unexciting.

2010-09-19, draught at the brauhaus, 6-3-7-3-13=32
Hazy blond color. The aroma, hoppy, even if not persistent is quite nice, there is also some malt, light and biscuity. The malt flavor is quite crispy and pleasant; good bitterness, with some reasonably good hop, but it could be better. Correct bitterness. Pleasant, but not daring.

The bottle looks normal, the beer in the glass fine turbid, modest zippy. Grasy aroma - interesting. Tastes a bit moldy-grasy, still interesting, malty finish. Fine beer!

Bottle from brewery. Strong creamy barley malt and light hops aroma. Cloudy drak yellow color with moderate head. Creamy malt and moderate grassy hops flavor. Very nice - well above average for the style.
