Canette 473ml.

Pours with a beautiful storm of bubbles in a slightly off-clear body and a big foamy white head. Has a soft aroma of Belgian-style hops and some faint meaty grain notes. Taste is citrusy and with some soft perfume fruit notes on the back end. Dry finish. This is a decent witbier, but not amongst the best.

Bottle: Poured a hazy light golden color ale with a quiet large pure white frothy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of coriander and orange peel is quite powerful with some sweet candy notes also perceptible. Taste is a great mix between some wheat malt with a mix of coriander and orange peel which is well balanced and very refreshing. Body is bit thin but not too bad either with great carbonation. Refreshing and well done which makes me wonder if previous ratings where from less then stellar batch at the brewpub or maybe I am just a sucker of wheat beers.

Hazy white Wit with a yellwoish hue and a creamy white head. Wheaty malt aroma with a zest of sulfur. In mouth, a plain old wheat beer, no spices, no bananas, no nothing. Watery bodied beer. Not Joufflue (with puffy cheeks) at all!

An unclear light yellow beer with a small white head. The aroma is very sweet with loads of lemon - maybe enhanced by the fact that it was served with slices of both lemon and lime. The flavor is a borinug dry wheaty one, with some notes of lemon, that leaves You with a sourness on the lips. The end is dry wheaty. OK thirst quencher on a hot summers day, but nothing else.

Very pale, yeasty appearance. Quite close to white, actually. Malty, flowery, spicy aroma. Hints of citrus. Mainly malty, slightly spicy. Spritzy carbonation. Clean. Fairly bland. A little bit of acidity in the finish shows promise.
