Purchased in Montebello at a Chocolate store. Looks pretty unfiltered with loads of chunks of yeast floating around. Cloudy golden-amber colour. Beautiful creamy warm cap with great retention and thick foamy lace. Aromas of grapefruit hops over some sweet malts. Refreshing mouthfeel with well-balanced bitterness, wetness and mild dryness. Fruity taste with some grass. Quite a nice stronger IPA that does not seem like it, except for the full punch.

(Bottle sample c/o a friend) Pours a lightly hazed pale golden orange with a small frothy white head, no lace. Punchy hop aroma, mango to the forefront with its trademark sweet fruit/pine combo, quite resinous, a little citrus as well, some sweet pale malt backing. Palate echoes the nose, lots of bright tropical fruit/citrus/pine hops, somewhere between leafy and resinous, with a sweet pale malt core. Fairly bitter towards the finish, strips out that sweetness and the aftertaste is quite dry and hoppy. Mouthfeel moderate, carb effervescent. Not a ton of complexity to the malts, mostly one-note sweet, but very nice hopping. Quite an enjoyable, drinkable IPA.

341mL bottle, sent from Marheb (thanks Martin), pours a cloudy pale orange with a small white head. Nose is fairly subtle, with dry floral hops, some pine, and a little citrus zest. Flavour is pretty bitter and dry, with citrus zest, citrus hops, a little pine and floral notes - very biting, with a solid astringent punch on the finish. Just enough malt to balance, yet this is style very hop-centric. Built for the hophead like me. Very enjoyable IPA.

Bottle: Poured a light golden orangey color ale with a rather large foamy head with good retention and some good lacing. Aroma of citrus notes is quite intense with a little bit of piney notes and some tropical fruity notes in there as well. Taste is a great mix between some citrus, tropical fruit and some piney notes with a lightly sweet malt backbone and almost no bitterness. Body is quite full for style with good carbonation. Very enjoyable and something I will drink again.

A golden amber ale with a thin off white head. In aroma, smooth caramel malt with piney and citrusy floral hops, lemon zest, nice. In mouth, a nice caramel malt with fruity notes, piney floral hops, grapefruit pulp, nice. On tap at vices et versa.
