This IPA is our take on a easy going, hoppy beer for nerds, beginners and in-betweeners. Voted Best New Beer below 6% in Denmark 2013, and still a fine piece of craftmanship. Sometimes less is simply more!

My third attempt at this beer. This time apparently only a couple of weeks old. Hazy amber with a medium head. Aroma had hints of citra and esters. Flavor came out quite harsh bearing notes from hard brewing water. Again esters present and an unpleasant astringent bitterness. Hops are not convincing and seemingly old. I’m not impressed...

330ml bottle. Minimally cloudy, copper-ish, dark amber colour with average, thick, creamy, fairly lasting, moderately lacing, white head. Citrusy, hoppy aroma, notes of lemon, lemon tea, lemongrass, a touch of balm, caramel malty background with a minimally grainy touch. Taste is minimally sweet caramel malty with a minimally bready and grainy touch, citrusy hoppy overtones with notes of lemon, mandarine, lemon tea. Not as clean and engineered as many US IPAs - relicts of naturality due to grainy and herbal rebound. Not bad.
