Red with an orange hue, light pink thin white head that dissipates to thin layer, clear, looks like alcopop
Aroma - sweet raspberry jam, soft acidic tart note, good aroma, not getting hops or malts, very jammy
Taste - Mouth tingling sour but plenty of sweetness from the raspberry, refreshing acidic sourness bit like tangfastics, simple flavours,
Palate - Soft carb, light body, very very tangy palate. Finish as main flavour, cleans off palate well.
Overall - It’s a sour raspberry beer that may appeal to drinkers who aren’t keen on gueuzes - it is cleaner, little funk and less dry. I’d prefer to just drink 1/2 a bottle of this. Interesting - I like it.

Fra fat på CBC mai-13: Rubinrød med lyserødt skum, minner om barndommens Kongen av Danmark-drops. Smaker nesten sånn også, men surere. Tørr avslutning.

Keg at King William IV. It pours hazy deep red with a small light pink head. The nose is earthy, baryard, over-ripe raspberry, faint jam, cherry and plum. The taste is tart raspberry, raspberry seed, vinegar, mouth-puckering tartness, red grape skin, plum skin, lemon and lime pith. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Sour, refreshing and rather tasty.

Sample @ CBC (dark raspberry edition). Nice head with good duration. Color is dark red. Aroma and taste are sour fruits, berries, malt, brett and hops.

On tap at CBC, pours a cloudy dark pink with a medium pink head. Aroma of very tart raspberries, fruit pie, and a little residual sugar. Flavour of wonderfully smooth tart raspberries, some light wheat notes, and more tart raspberries. Great berliner weisse, with a wonderful smoothness to it. Highly drinkable stuff.
