On tap at The Cock Tavern, Hackney, Saturday 1st March 2013 What a great sour beer, pours impressive hazy pinky/light red with pink head, tangy, sour, lovely fresh raspberry fruitiness, good fruity sour bite, really refreshing. Dry, tangy, refreshing, fruity, its marvellous stuff, lovely beer thanks to Ang for putting me onto this one. A8 A4 T9 P4 Ov16 4.1

King William IV, Leyton. Hazy amber - red beer, tiny pink head. Palate is crisp and semi dry. Whew - this is sharper than the other sours and tastes fresher too. Fresh raspberry with an acidic sourness that almost induces involuntary eyelid flutter. Seltzer minerals and a nice sharp raspberry. Crisp dry finish. Intense!
