Keg at Great Leap Taproom, Beijing. Very dark brown, small head. Tobacco, chocolate and leather up front. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Piney licorice and notes of chocolate. Salty resinous finish. Quite intense, but somewhat edgy.

Keg@CBC2013 Opaque black color, small beige head. Light caramel in the nose. Light to medium-bodied. Toasted malty, nice hoppy finish. Light caramel. Ok, simple session porter.

Sampled at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2013 - Day 2, Session 1. Pours clear brown with a tan cream head. Simple porter with toasty bread, light earthy bitterness, some charred malts, faint dusty cocoa. Light to medium bodied with average, creamy carbonation. Some dried fruit accents in the finish, dry toasted bread too. Good enough.

Draught @ CBC 2013 [ Red Session ]. - Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2013, Sparta Hallen, Gunnar Nu Hansens Plads 11, 2100 Copenhagen, DenmarkClear dark black brown colour with a average, creamy - frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, wood, cedar notes. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, roasted, bread, thin. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. CBC. Clear dark brown beer, little pale tan head. Palate is light and minerally crisp. Mild dark malts. Touch of roast and unsweet dark chocolate. Finishes crisp. Not bad.

Draft @ CBC 2013. Pours a black color with a small tan head. Has a roasted malty chocolate aroma. Roasted malty chocolate flavor with hints of caramel. Has a roasted malty chocolate and caramel finish.
