Keg @ BrewDog Edinburgh [070213]
Light amber, soft haze, thin white head
Aroma of fresh zesty hops, fresh citrus, bit pissy, sweet pale malts, lots of zest
Taste of sharp lemon zest, very zesty, very light sweet pale malts, lots of hops come through here
Palate - medium carb, light oily texture, biting zesty bitter palate. Finish as main flavour
Overall - A very good IPA, lots of hop flavour and biting zest and I like the very light malt background

Half-pint, keg at King William IV, Leyton. Firm, creamy white head, dotted spots down the glass. Hazy golden body. Pineapple and grapefruit to the nose. Fresh fruity taste with lots of pineapples and tropical fruits to it, followed by a dry bitter ending. Soft in the mouth. Well bodied. Pleasing (London, 24.11.2012).

Tap take-over at Mikkeller Bar. Golden with a lasting white head. Fruity aroma with peachy notes, and quite a bit of diacetyl. Sweet malty and fruity flavour with a decent bitter finish

33cl Bottle from deeblo, thanks a lot for this gem Bruce! Slightly hazy golden orange colour, white head. Aroma is just stunning, laden with tropical fruits, later on some cabbage, weed. Flavour is medium sweet, sugar, light floral, light earthy, liquorice root powder, loads of zesty tropical fruits, passionfruit, grapefruit, lime, bitter fruity hoppy finish. Light to medium-bodied, soft carbonation, oily mouthfeel. Superb IPA.

From cask dispense at the Old Coffee House, Soho (Feb ’12). Pours a light golden/straw colur with a small fluffy white head - which really just turns to bubbles after a few minutes Good honest hoppy smell - but not too heavy on the nose. Citrus and pine predominate with a little floral background. Tastewise - again citrus hops, orange, mango, tropical fruit, pine a little caramel in the background A medium bodied beer with low carbonation and a bitter-dry finish Overall a decent hoppy IPA from Brodies - one to try again!

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of madmitch76. Pours a cloudy opaque golden with a rough white head. Sweet fruity nose, lots of tropical peachy accents. Medium body, lightly sweet fruit and then a wonderful melange of tropical fruit - any Sorachi Ace in there? Dry and bitter but perfectly balanced by the sweetness. My kinda IPA. 030812

Bottle. An unclear, golden beer with a medium sized off-white head. Oranges, pinecones, citrus, grapefruit maybe, and a touch of maltyness in the aroma. Some black currant leaves and cats piss too. Sweet and bitter flavor with grapefruit and citrus peel, finishing mostly on the bitter side. Not much room left for the malts in the flavor. Full body, dry and with a pleasant carbonation. A fine beer indeed. 111209
