Cask at the brewpub. Near clear golden. Aroma of pear and passion fruit. Sweet with medium-full body and rounded mouthfeel. Intense passion fruit hops, peppery bitter finish. Intense and bold with big flavourd. Heavy handed IPA.

Cask at the Old Fountain. Slightly hazy gold beer, good off white head. Smooth palate, mild carbonation. Smooth but bitterish hops. Slightly sour mango and a trace of peach. Satisfying! Semi dry finish with some bitter linger. Very drinkable!

Cask gravity at Mason and Taylor. It pours deep golden yellow, with a thin bubbly white head. The nose is pine, cheese, spice, urine, leaf and sweet citrus fruit. The taste is oily hop, resin, leather, alcohol warmth, chewy, orange citrus fruit, pine and leaf, with a long bitter finish. Medium to full bodied and soft carbonation. Good effort.

Keg at the London Brewers Showcase 2011. Pours hazy, golden-brown with a medium, thick white head. Lots of meaty hops in the nose, with a bit of resinous pine. Medium sweet flavor, toast, light caramel, heavy pine. Lots of meat, dude. Maybe some ham. Toast. Medium to full bodied with average carbonation. Has a fairly sticky finish, some orange and other ripe citrus, grapefruit, pine, toast, cakey bread. Really solid beer overall. One of the best Brodies beers I’ve ever had.
