Draft at Mikkeller. Pours hazy amber with an off white head. Aroma of massive cinnamon, Christmas pudding, toffee, Christmas spices and brown sugar. It’s Christmas in a glass! Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Pours dark reddish with a smooth white head. Aroma of spices, some malts and syrup. Taste is spicy, peppery and malty with some sweet notes. Finish is sweet and spicy. Unbalanced, quite spicy and sweet.

From tap at MikkellerBar. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is peachy and grapefruity. Peachy and grapefruity, citrusy and crisp. Amooth fruity adn citrusy finish.

Draught @ Mikkeller bar. This is the closest thing ive experinced to liquid gingerbread. Add coco and a refreshing touch of fresh ginger in the finish. Surprisingly drinkable.

Bottle at Zach and Matt’s tasting in NYC. Pours orange with white head. Nose and taste of candied yam, sweet potato, toasted coconut, ginger and clove. Medium body. A little boozy in finish.

Bottle shared by Sarah, thanks! Pours a murky deep amber with a tan head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of earthy grains with backing spice and a hint of chocolate. Flavor is similar with deep grain notes supported by spice and just a bit of earthiness.
