This beer is brewed using a completely natural slow fermentation using mountain water from the Alps. This family-owned brewery was founded 150 years ago to be in harmony with nature and has a spectacular setting against a backdrop of mountains.

Ingredients: water, barley malt, maize, hops, yeast.

Tried in a bottle from M&S. pale golden colour with a thick white head. Floral aroma and a malty sweet taste. Body is light and thin.

Bottle from Marks and Spencer; clear golden yellow pour with a bubbly white head, aroma has sweet malts and a tiny hint of citrus, taste has some bread action, some grass, pretty basic but crisp and refreshing.

F: big, white, good retention. C: pale gold, clear. A: malt, light caramel, hay, grassy, hint of butter, bread. T: malt, caramel, low grassy bitterness, bread, cereal, medium body, normal carbonation, quite good and refreshing, 0,5l bottle from M&S in Brussels.

Bottle. Pours clear golden with a medium white head. Aroma of grain, light dough, malt and light hops. Flavour is above moderate sweet and bitter. Above light bodied with moderate carbonation.

50 cl bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a huge white head. Aroma is grassy and slight grainy. Bitter, grassy and slight grainy hoppy. Bitter, dry and slight herbal. Bitter and grassy finish.

500ml bottle at home. Pours clear golden yellow, thick white head, long-lasting. Aromas of light malt, light metallic notes, straw. Taste is mostly sweet, slight astringent bitterness. Light body and a bit thin. OK.

50cl Bottle from M&S A’dam. Clear golden colour, white head. Aroma of hay, sweet malts, some honey, light hoppy. Flavour is medium-sweet, light malty, light hoppy, some hay, hint of honey, light floral notes, light-bitter finish. Light-bodied. OK lager.

Bottle on the train home, from the bigger M&S at Waterloo, 30/12/13. Clear pale golden with a moderate white head (bottle rate). Nose is pale malts, cereals, hay, cornbread. Taste comprises pale malt, straw, light caramel, sugar cane. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, crisp closure with sweet tones. So so affair, Ok for style I guess!
