This beer is brewed using a completely natural slow fermentation using mountain water from the Alps. This family-owned brewery was founded 150 years ago to be in harmony with nature and has a spectacular setting against a backdrop of mountains.

Bottle at home from Marks and Spencer Euston. Clear pale yello straw colour with a fleeting thin white head. Aroma is grainy corn, and slight acidic apple edge. Flavour is watery carbonic acid bite. Slight metal. The palate is watery gassy and really thin. A very disappointing beer. Could not finish.

Clear golden lager that looks the part but with no head. Has a sweet aroma like most other beers but little flavour to it, although the dominant feature is its great texture, the pure spring water gives it an exceptionally smooth feel in the palate.

500ml bottle. Pours bright gold with a medium head. Aroma is grassy hops with a little lemon. Taste is grassy to start. Some minerals. Medium bitter finish.

Bottle at home in London. Pours clear, light yellow-gold with a small, foamy white head. Dough, cereal and light hay in the aroma. Light to medium sweet flavor, cereal, hay, light zesty citrus, faint grassy bitterness. Light bodied with average to lively carbonation. Crisp finish, lightly sweet with mild cereal, dough, faint straw. Very basic but pretty refreshing. Kind of watery but yeah, pretty easy drinking.

bottle at home ... golden yellow .. bubbly white head .... soft grassy lager nose ... grainy grassy hop ... light dry fruit ... typical lager ... not my thing but went ok with my spicy noodles as i couldnt taste it.

500ml bottle bought from a M&S food store at Leeds City Station. One-Finger, loose white head. Straw-golden body. Vaguely smell of dry malts, hay and water. Cheap malty flavour in the direction of cardboard. Crisp, oily and lively carbonated (hotel room, 11.07.2010).

Bottle 500ml.Clear medium yellow to orange color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, corn, malt ekstragt, vegetable, cardboard. Flavor is light moderate sweet with a average to long duration, cardboard and cardboard. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20100119]

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear yellow with a white lacing head. Sweet malty nose with a discreet flowery hoppiness. Medium body, soft and smooth mouthfeel with some malt and brewing cereal and a touch of cardboard. No real bitterness. 190110
