On tap at the brewpub. Thick creamy white head. Hazy amber pour. Not very sour. Quite decent fir a sour.

Draft. A dark amber beer with a thin orangey head. The aroma has notes of caramel and malt. The flavor is both sweet and acidic with notes of malt, caramel, berries, and alcohol, leading to a dry finish.

Tap @ de Molen. Cloudy light brown color, short head. Aroma is fruity of tangerine, hint of strawberry, milky, slight tart, lots of toffee and caramel. Soft sour flavor, lots of toffee and caramel again. Creamy mouthfeel. It drinks like sweet fruity dairy. Alcohol not noticeable at all. It’s a bit too sweet for my liking, wonder how the barley wine part develops with age, because it’s actually way too young. The Gose makes it dangerously drinkable though.

CBC. Hazy amber with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, fruity and light sour. Flavor is quite sweet and light acidic. Dry and light acidic finisn. 030513

Sample at CBC 2013. Unclear orange color, small quickly diminishing off-white head. Smell and taste a weird kind of mix between sweet and sour with some sour fruits. Can’t really describe it properly. Something to taste for yourself. Weird.

Tap @ CBC. Dark brown with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, caramel, hops, fruit and toasted. Flavour is malt, yeast, dark fruits, brett, toasted, candy sugar and a little sour.

Sample at CBC 2013, Saturday. Hazy orange with a small white head. Plums, apples, wood, caramel and with notes of wine. Not that sour.

Draught @ CBC. Pours hazy burnt orange with offwhite head. Aroma of malt, light brett, sweet tropical fruits, peach, light citrus. Flavor is sweet and rather intense with a little brett, figs, sweet tropical fruits, peach, some booze. Full body, soft carbonation, warming alcoholic finish. 030513

On tap at CBC, pours a flat amber orange with pretty much no head. Aroma is both sweet and sour, with nothing specific discernible. Flavour is both sweet and sour, with notes of sour fruits, candy, and liqueur. Very bizarre beer, but the combination works well. The sweet and sour works well together, leaving lingering sweet notes. Good stuff.
