On tap @ Artigiano in Fiera 2021. Il gusto al naso resta attratto dall'orzo. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma che resiste abbastanza. Il liquido appare opalescente. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è nella media. La forza gustativa è elevata e la permanenza è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è intenso. In bocca l'aroma è quello di miele, pane, biscotto, liquirizia, nocciole tostate, frutta secca e agrumi.

Bottle picked up from Kuhbacher Brauerei and consumed at home listening to Snapped Ankles - Come Play the Trees, we are outside cooking pizzas in the wood oven. Pours gold, light haze, soft moutheel, nice maltiness, caramel flourish, pleasant beer. Okay a little sweeteness but this is a good beer, light fruity bite, occasional reminders of a simple UK bitter.

Golden colour, white head. Malty aroma, straw. Malty flavour, straw, bread. Finish hops and malt.

500 ml bottle. Pours unclear dark orange with decent head. Bread, hay, grain, some metallic notes. Malty sweetness, with a soft dry bitterness. Slightly alcoholic. Süffig. Medium bodied, soft carbonated. Not bad.

"Kühbacher 1862", Flasche (50 cl) von Hopfen & Malz, Berlin. - Helles Goldbraun, schwach trüb. - In der Nase brotiges Karamelmalz, etwas derbe fruchtige Herbe, ein wenig Hefe. - Antrunk breit brotig-süßlich mit Karamel und leicht ruppiger Herbe, Aprikose und Kräutern. Für ein Kellerbier zu stark rezent. Wenig hopfenaromatischer, mäßig bitterer Abgang. Herbsüßlicher Nachtrunk. - An ein fränkisches Kellerbier reicht das nicht entfernt heran, besonders enttäuschend ist die lieblose Hopfung (leider auch mit Hopfenextrakt).

Otkriće putovanja po Italiji i Francuskoj ove godine je bio neki mali kafić na jednom brdu koji je imao ove Kühbacher pive. Ovo je jedna vrsta lagera, koji je vrlo ugodan i nešto jači od uobičajenih. Podižem palac gore za Kuhbacher!

Bottle oro varico velata buona schiuma piuttosto persistente discreto naso maltato filo biscotto caramello corpo medio fiko mieloso amaro poco intenso
