Tap @ De Molen. Golden color with a pinkish haze. Acidic, vinous aroma. Sour fruity flavor with confit cherries and red berries. Oak and balsemic vinegar. Oaky, even a bit rubbery aftertaste. Delicious!

Keg@CBC2013 Clear pale copper color, small white head. Fruity bretta aroma. Medium-bodied. Bretta sourness, very tart and fruity same time. Acidic. This turns your stomage around. Tartness is a bit "artifical".

Draught @ CBC2013. Pours tiny hazy golden with a small frothy white head that quickly dissipates while leaving a small trace on the glass. Smell is sour and funky with white bread, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, dried apricots, crackers, overripe tropical fruits, dry soil and lemon zest. Taste is sour, tiny bitter and fruity with crackers, white wine vinegar, white bread, lemon juice, grapefruit juice, lemon zest, orange zest, dry soil, dry wood, apple cider vinegar, overripe citrus fruits, overripe tropical fruits, hay and pepper corns. Mouthfeel is tart, mouth-puckering, dry and medium bodied. Finish is sour and tart with crackers, lemon juice, hay, overripe tropical fruits, white grapes and white wine vinegar.

Draught @ CBC 2013 [ Yellow Session ]. - Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2013, Sparta Hallen, Gunnar Nu Hansens Plads 11, 2100 Copenhagen, DenmarkClear medium brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, fruity, orange - citrus, apple vinegar. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate acidic with a long long duration, tart, vinegar, dry. Tap at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2013 - Session 1. Pours clear gold with a frothy, white cream head. Smells like straight vinegar. Light sweet flavor with tangy vinegar and burning sourness. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation. Sour finish with - yes, you got it! - more vinegar. I like vinegar, but the beer is quite one-dimensional.
