Mary was Edward’s mother and our great-grandmother. An Unfiltered and naturally carbonated German-style Pilsner brewed with our well water, German pilsner malt, our favorite German hops, and classic German lager yeast.

Rating number 7,200. 16 ounce can from the brewery. Honey gold pour. Rocky white head. Great lacing. Bready, grassy hop aroma. Flavor mirrors nose. Bready, grainy malt backbone. Grassy, herbal hops. A touch of honey on the palate. Crisp and flavorful. Mild lemony finish.

Tasting at Ryans, can
Blond colour, chill haze; medium sized compact head. Very nice aroma of grass and freshly baked bread. Dry mouthfeel, but with enough body; crispy in the front, bread, crackers, then followed by grassy hops, ending with robust bitterness.
More aggressive than almost any Helles I had in Germany, excellent.

Light golden colour, clean with very tiny bubbles for carbonation, a white frothy head, decent stay and some foamy lacing. Fresh, herbal aromas over straw, cereal malts. The taste shows the same, with a touch of Pils spiciness. A nice body with enough dryness to go down nicely. A good, refreshing German-style Pilsner.

Poured from 473mL can (canned 06/20/2023). Clear-ish yellow gold with small white head. Light doughy malt, feint grass hops in the background. Clean and simple.

16oz (thx, Alex M.-G.!) shared with Alex @ Ryan's. Appearance: a bit hazy golden with a white head. Aroma: nice European hops, crispy, some raw water. Taste: along the same lines. Overall: refreshing, nice lager. Definitely will be appreciated by the style fans.

Tap @ Hill Farmstead. Pours a misty gold, good foamy white head. Grassy malty nose. Grainy sweet flavour profile, with green hop, grass and floral notes. Good palatable unfiltered lager.

Burk från HF. Klar halmguldig med vit krona. Brödig, spannmål, lätt honungston, mjuk och snäll beska. Känns inte så typisk pilsner, nästan mer åt helles-håller. Gott och finstämt.
