Cask @ CBC 2013. Pours a black color with no head. Has a roasted malty chocolate and licorice aroma. Roasted malty chocolate flavor with hints of chili and vanilla. Has a roasted malty chocolate finish with spicy slightly hot chili finish.

Tap at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2013 - Session 1. Pours oily, black-brown with very little head. Big mocha nose, some milk chocolate, light roast. Big sweet flavor with rich chocolate character, nice green pepper spice, light char. Full bodied with fine carbonation and oily texture. Lightly warming finish, some alcohol and definitely some peppery heat, with further mocha character, some vanilla, milk chocolate. Nice.

From cask. Pours dark brown to black with a small tan head. Aroma is chili and roasted malty. Solid chili and roasted maæty. Dark chocolate, bitter and roasted. Ends dry and bitter, chili bite.

Cask at CBC 2013. A black beer with no head. The aroma has notes of chocolate and coffee. The flavor is sweet with notes of chocolate, alcohol, coffee, and chili, leading to a dry finish. Too much chili for me to really enjoy it.

Full body, soft / flat carbonation, warming chilly and alcohol in the finish. Nice and smooth. 030513

On tap at CBC, pours black with a tiny tan head. Aroma of cinnamon, chilies, and some sweetness. Flavour is insanely spicy, with loads of chilli flakes, followed by cinnamon, and chocolate. Quite a nice balance between chilli and chocolate. Pretty think palate, but well-balanced between all the different notes. Good stuff.
