Sample, thanks oh6gdx! Hazy pale amber, quick head. Aroma of apples, wheat buns and banana. Mid sweet with light body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Cidery apples, some cloves and white bread. More bitterness than expected from a weizen.

Bottle (otto horcht):Hazy, orangey coloured, medium-sized and pretty stable loose ’n lacy white head; sweetish bananey nose with a certain citric background; moderate sweet-sourish flavour with a delicate, but distinctive bitter-tart background, more light than medium bodied; lingering drier citrussy-wheaty finish. Not the greatest, but a quite good and refreshing Weizen...

(bottle) Hazy, golden colour with a medium-sized and slightly off-white frothy head. Slightly dusty and moderately wheaty malty aroma with shades of bread and caramel, also a touch of banana fruitiness. Moderately sweet and delicately sour flavour, light to medium bodied with a modest carbonation. Mildly bready and cara-malty taste with wheaty notes, banana and a whiff of citrus; sweet and sour-fruity finish with wheaty accents and a tinge of caramel. Decent. 03.VI.16
