Herb fruchtiger Geschmack. Fein würziger Unterton. Viel zu viel Kohlensäure. Viel zu scharf. Stört den Genuss nachhaltig. Das Bier hätte weicher deutlich mehr Potential.

Bottle (otto horcht):Hazy, orangey coloured, medium-sized and pretty stable loose ’n lacy white head; sweetish bananey nose with a certain citric background; moderate sweet-sourish flavour with a delicate, but distinctive bitter-tart background, more light than medium bodied; lingering drier citrussy-wheaty finish. Not the greatest, but a quite good and refreshing Weizen...

(bottle) Hazy, golden colour with a medium-sized and slightly off-white frothy head. Slightly dusty and moderately wheaty malty aroma with shades of bread and caramel, also a touch of banana fruitiness. Moderately sweet and delicately sour flavour, light to medium bodied with a modest carbonation. Mildly bready and cara-malty taste with wheaty notes, banana and a whiff of citrus; sweet and sour-fruity finish with wheaty accents and a tinge of caramel. Decent. 03.VI.16

Bottle looks simple but okay. Beer in the glass zippy, huge head. Starts quite mild, almost a bit washy, malty, modest dry. More and more yeasty-fruity, some notes of apricot and banana, light sourish notes. Finish well balanced, more intense yeasty than the beginning. Quite drinkable. Not bad!
