Bottle at home. Aroma is yeasty, tartish fruits, citrus, orange, biscuit malt, tropical fruits, melon, juicy piney hops. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and a bit tart, with a medium bitter finish. Body is over medium, pleasant thickness. Pretty good, juicy fruity hops of an IPA and a yeasty tartness typical of a good Saison. Yum.

Draft @ Fermentoren, Copenhagen. Pours a hazy golden pale orange color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty citrus hoppy aroma. Fruity malty grassy citrus hoppy peachy flavor. Has a fruity malty grassy citrus hoppy finish.

Tap@Gorki Ølbar, Copenhagen - golden yellow pour with white head. Fruity and light yeasty, citrus fruity notes of lemon, some straw, hay, floral and light grassy hoppy finish. Refreshing brew.

Draft. A hazy amber beer with a beige head. TBE aroma has notes of hops, straw, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes malt, caramel, and a bit of fruit, leading to a bitter finsh.

Barwa lekko pomarańczowa, zamglone. Po przelaniu powstaje wysoka piana, po opadnięciu pozostawia wzór na szkle. Aromat skórki pomarańczy oraz goździków. W smaku również mocno wyczuwalne goździki oraz lekka słodowość. O tym, że to piwo jest mariażem Saison’a i IPA’y przypomina porządna goryczka. W mojej opinii odrobinę za mocno nagazowane ale to chyba stała przypadłość butelkowych wersji Pracowni.

33cl bottle. Pours hazy dark orange golden colour with a mid-sized beige head. aroma of fresh hops, citrus, lemon, melons, resins. taste of toasted malt, resins, spruce, citrus, lemon, some coconut, interesting!

Sample tasted in Tap House. Nelson Sauvin is evident: quite much herbs, grapes, gooseberry. Medium bitterness, light sweetness. Not bad, I just don’t like this hops sort.
