Butelka 0,5 z datą ważności do 30.09.2018 BARWA: zamglony jasny pomarańcz. PIANA: biała, średnia, drobno pęcherzykowa, trwała, szczątkowy lacing. AROMAT: słodkie dojrzałe owoce tropikalne (ananas, liczi), żywica , delikatne nuty kwiatowe, podbudowa słodowa biszkoptowo-karmelowa. SMAK: trochę ciężka podbudowa słodowo-karmelowa ( charakterystyczna dla east coast'ów) którą potęguje słodka owocowość kontrowana wysoką zalegającą żywiczno-iglastą goryczką na finiszu cierpkie. Wysycenie średnie, jak na 15blg jest pełne, trochę męczące (za dużo tej słodyczy). Coś w stylu Ataku Chmielu ( o ile kilka lat temu zachwycało, dzisiaj już nie koniecznie), Poprawny East Coast IPA.

Mild hopfiger, spritzig bitterer Antrunk. Hell würzig auf geringem Level, minimal bitter. Rund, nett. 10/10/9/9//9

Simcoe, Williamette, Ahtanum, Cascade, Centennial, Zeus and Citra hops. Very hazy gold beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Palate is airy and dry with good fine carbonation. Fluffy dry malts, dry creamy sweetness. Tangy sweetish floralness into mild pine. Traces of parma violets and candy fruits. Just a light touch of orangey citric hop. Light semi dry finish. Can’t help but feel that line up of hops should be delivering more but overall it’s an entertaining beer.

500ml bottle. Cloudy, orangey golden colour with huge, frothy, fairly lasting, moderately lacing, white head. Grassy and citrusy hoppy aroma with spicy hints of hay, hints of lemongrass, a herbal touch of peppercress. Taste is grassy and citrusy hoppy, spicy notes of hay, some lemon, hints of lemongrass, peppercress, herbal, yeasty peppery spiciness; lively carbonation. Rather a freshly grassy, Middle-European than an American IPA. Would be interesting to see the same hop bill used in a Saison.

Barwa ciemnozłota, klarowne, piana niezbyt obfita, dość drobna, średnio trwała. W aromacie eksplozja cytrusów - dawno tak intensywnie cytrusowego aromatu nie czułem - mega grejpfrut, słodkie owoce tropikalne, bardzo przyjemny. W smaku półsłodkie, spora podbudowa słodowa, świetnie skontrowana przyjemną średniowysoką cytrusową goryczką, dość długą, ale absolutnie nie zalegającą. Wysycenie do średniego, spora pijalność, świetny balans. Jedno z najlepszych piw Profesji, kolejne na światowym poziomie, tak trzymać.

50cl bottle. Pours hazy orange golden colour with a huge good lasting off-white head. Aroma of mild tropical fruits, citrus, grass, zest. Taste of citrus, lemon, zest, intense bitter, grassy bitter finish, nice!
