0,33 l bottle. Thanks to my son Nils. Clear dark golden in the glass, more than one finger white head. Malt and straw on the nose. Taste has some malt, dry, straw bitterness. Hints of citrus in the background and again dusty straw bitterness with some caramell elements. Unbalanced in my opinion. .

Very malty, musty aroma. Darkish gold in color with thin head and lazy carbonation. Malt dominates the taste also, bready, crackers, wet cardboard.

At a tasting, thanks zvikar, small bubbley head, clear light bronze colour, light honey malty aroma with a touch of hay, strong dominant honey flavour with a light unpleasant bitterness and an unpleasant sour bitter aftertaste. Just bland and boring..

Bottle sample at a tasting at Beer Market Jaffa. Thanks zvikar. As Wolters Fest-Bier. Clear golden. Aroma of malt, cardboard, a bit of caramel and vegetal notes. Sweetish flavor with malt, a bit of cardboard and a slightly drier and bitter finish, a bit vegetal. Light-bodied.

Big Top Beverage Mart, Roslyn case ($20ish): Pours golden with a white head. Aroma is light, mediocre German hops, bready maltiness, some grain. Taste is much the same. Slightly hoppy. Not remotely close to the level of maltiness you get in American marzens. Not bad.
