Light amber golden color. Punchy nose with tangerine, grapefruit and spicy hoppy character. Big full body that I found a bit boozy - I thought this beer was only 7%. Nicely balanced and is surprisingly light for 8.5%. Modest bitterness, nice stuff and very approachable.

On tap at Hopner, Tallinn. Hazy golden to amber, with a decent off-white head. Hoppy and fruity aroma with notes of peaches, caramel and hints of herbs, citrus and malt. Medium sweet, less than usual I?d say, and quite refreshing. Finishes bitter, but balanced. Surprisingly easy to drink and quite tasty. Nice one!

Extremely light and mellow for an IIPA. Gentle aromas of honey, floral essence, grass, hay. Hops are far removed from the aroma. Taste reminiscent of a golden ale ( pretty light, eh?). Mild bitterness and hop bite at the finish. Complex and compelling.

Bottle from Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours a coppery gold with a foamy/creamy off-white head. Aroma seems mixed citrus, fruit and pine. Strong, but not biting. Med + body. Flavor is strong, and a rather unusual fruit leads off. Making me think of plum. It’s pretty dry, and has a persistent bitterness, but the fruit suggests otherwise. Not really understanding the malt - it has to be there to hold the hop, but I’m conflating hop and malt bitterness I think. Very different and quite tasty.
