A very dark brown beer with a beige head. Aroma of dark caramelized malt, nuts, raisins. Taste of resinous bitter hops, caramel, raisins, wood.

Dark brown colour with lasting head. Aroma and flavour have dark malts, caramel and raisins. Subtle bitterness. Decent stuff.

Bruin bier met schuim. Smaak is wat apart voor een Dubel, bitterzoet met iets van koffie, wat chocolade, pruimen en rozijnen en daarbij een heel subtiel zuurtje. Desondanks een prettig bier.

Clear chestnut colour, moderate sized creamy beige-ish ecru head; aroma and taste of prune, dried cherry, toasted rye bread, some roasted sunflower seeds and raisins notes; correct one

330 ml bottle. Pours a very dark reddish brown with light head. Not much in the way of aromas or flavors. Maybe some dark fruit and berries on a bready malt base. If the intention was to make an incredibly plain and beer of no notice, it’s been met!
