0,1l from bottle at Craft Beer Festival Graz as "Herzog Kastanienbier 5.4%" shared by Saeglopur, thanks. amber / redish hazy color, small white head. smells krausen, some yeast, grainy, light sweetness. not a fan of the smell. light to medium body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes milky, bready, some spices, light fruity, hints of plums, some sweetness, light herbs. finishes with some herbs and light sweetness. not a fan of this one, did not like the smell at all, taste is just drinkable but boring, overall no fan.

Sampled from bottle at Craft Beer Festival Graz.
Amber, moderate hazy body, with a medium, creamy, beige head.
Aroma of chestnut and other nuts, dark bread, some fruits.
Taste follows this pretty much.
Medium, creamy mouthfeel, with a moderate carbonation.
Finishes nutty, bready, a bit grassy.

Interesting. Dominant chestnut flavour, maybe a bit one-dimensional, not much other aromas noticeable. Overall nice, but not too special.

Bottled 330ml. -at Gasthaus Seserko, Wundschuch; right next to Herzog Hofbräu.
Slight hazy golden coloured, small off-white head, dry nutty nose. Sweet malty, quite fruity (really odd) and dry taste with discreet nutty (not chestnut) notes. Interesting but all in all nothing special here.
