Mittelgute Schaumentwicklung. Geschmacklich haben wir florale Noten, recht malzig, Frucht, Geteide. Hat etwas zu viel Säure (ohne dabei geschmacklich sauer zu sein). Die Konsistenz an sich ist recht weich und mit maximal medium Gehalt an Kohlensäure. Trotz einiger guter Ansätze nicht so ganz meins.

On tap at Frankonian Bierfestival Thursday 16th June 2022 in the company of Jude and Baz, glorious day 🌞. Sunny yolky colour with a large white head, hazy. Nice banana bread from the off, a little clove, very refreshing, good.

50cl bottle as Wiethaler Hefe-Weißbier. Pours hazy orange golden colour with a mid-sized most good lasting white head. Aroma of yeast, banana and phenolic fruits. Taste of sweet banana, yeast and mild phenolic fruits.

Bottle: Hazy, yellowish-golden, hazy, medium-sized creamy white head; ripe bananas and a tinge of bubble vum and a very faint tinge of cloves; moderate sweet-sourish nose; moderate sweet flavour with a light acidity and a light tartness, as well, very soft MF, nesrly full bodied; slightly lingering and drier fruity-sourish finish with a tinge of wheat kn the aftertaste. Really good…

(bottle) Cloudy, pale golden colour with a blond and huge foamy head. Mildly yeasty, wheaty and grainy malty aroma with notes of bubblegum, citrus and a tinge of banana. Sweet andslightly sour flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Grainy and wheaty taste with moderately fruity notes, now with more banana, less citrus; mildly sweet and mellow finish with shy hints of clovy spice. 08.VII.14

Bottle looks good. Beer in the glass fine turbid, nice head. Starts fine malty-yeasty, not too dry. Fine fruity notes of peaches. Modest sweet. Finish a bit drier, but still okay. Quite drinkable. Nice!
