Pour is a dark amber with a large mocha tan head. Aroma lots of caramel and molasses. Flavor is more caramel with a decent hit of dark plumbs and raisins. Thick mouthfeel with a heavy coating of stick malt on the tongue. A bit sweet is the only knock but this was a flavorful Doppler with lots of malt and dark fruit

Deep brown pour from total wine, large soft head. Caramel, raisins dark bread. Pretty decent

Tap at Biermuseum, Cologne: Brown coloroud brew with an sweet bitter taste, hints of banana, caramel and some dried fruits.

On tap pours out brown topped with a sand head. Nose is nice rich malts some burnt toast and caramel nuts. Taste is more of the nice toast malts nuts and a caramel touch.

Keg at Prost Madison, 8/12/23, with Joe, Graham, and Jarom, 8/12/23. Dark brown, ,thin beige head, good retention. Aroma of plum, raisin, caramel. Taste is plum, caramel, raisin. Piney hop. Crisp.

On tap at Brauhaus Schmitz in Philadelphia. Barely translucent dark brown color. Small creamy tan head. Rich roasted malt aroma is full of caramel and dried fruits. Flavor is dark roasted malt, burnt sugar, dried fruits and a hint of overripe banana. Somewhat complex as brew warms. Medium to full bodied. Finish is more toasted nuts and dark dried fruits. Smooth and drinkable.

Dorada limpia. Espuma jabonosa No muy abundante. Aroma escaso de notas florales. En boca cuerpo moderado, calor alcohólico, sabor a miel. No es gran cosa.
