Bach's Dunkel, Fläschchen aus Lokaltausch DE - Dank an Erzengel! - Kastanienrot, gut trüb. - In der Nase schokoladiges dunkles Malz, leicht säuerlich, milde herbale Herbe, Anklänge an Buttermilch oder Sauerkraut. - Antrunk weich dunkelmalzig mit leicht säuerlicher Milchschokolade, Mokka, etwas Joghurt. Kaum süß. Milde, blaß krautige Hopfung. Milder rezent, hefeweich. Im Abgang schwache nussig-krautige Bittere, zart ranzig. - Eigenartiges Zeug. Liest man die völlig unterschiedlichen Bewertungen hier, so gewinnt man den Eindruck, daß die Brauer bei Bach's ihr Ergebnis dem Zufall überlassen. (31.12.2019.)

Bottle shared with keukeman. Red brown color, small white head. Smell and taste malts, softly caramel perhaps but also a slight tart hint. Watery texture, fairly low body, average carbonation. Meh. 5-3-4-2-8

Bottle from Euro swap, many thanks Erzengel. Brown color with medium beige head. Aroma of dark malt. Taste, dark malt, light hops. Medium bodied beer.

Huge thanks to Erzengel for that one! Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, small head. Starts fine malty, light roasty, not too dry. Finish could show more character. But quite drinkable. Not bad!

0,33 l bottle from Erzengel. Thanks a lot! Unclear dark copper to brown in the glass. One finger pale beige head. Malty smell with some sourish elements. Taste has increasing sourish parts, malty background, grain. Bitter dry malt in the aftertaste. Can not really convince.

09-06-17 // bottle shared. Brownish beer. Unfortunately it had a sour taste, something gone wrong. Sweet malty, roasted malts.

On tap at the brewpub. Klare orange braune Farbe, mittelgroße beige schaumkrone. Geruch würzig malzig, leicht hopfig. Geschmack mild röstmalzig, cremig, Vanille, Schokolade, gut!

On tap at Neunkircher Stadtfest. Toll weich, mild. Leicht süßlich und angenehm frisch. Leicht erdig. Malzig-mild. sehr süffig. Der Nachgeschmack ist leicht säuerlich-frisch, sehr mild, leicht hefig & toll süffig.
