Tap @So Good (Rome). Pale hazy golden pour, creamy irregular foam. Nose: floral somehow, lavander, much of it. Mouth: it starts sweet, goes watery and ends dry and a bit peppery.

From the tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours rather pale gold with white foam, fine. Aroma is delicate, giving honey but not the typical generic one: maybe chestnut honey? Also some citrus. Body is light, but with good carbonation. Taste is actually and surprisingly low in sweetness, with some bitterness. In general, not very interesting. Finish is relatively short.

Draft at Craft and Draft. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is floral with light paint, flour, citrus, light spice and light fruits. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

11.2 oz bottle from Sparrow, 10/11/15. Pours a cloudy light yellowish color. White head and fairly strong lacing. Heavy grainy aroma with some sweet / honey notes as well. Same thing in the flavor with a grainy, slightly bitter flavor that finishes clean and lightly sweet. This one works rather well. It exceeded my expectations. Really nice, flavorful, well made beer.

Draft. A hazy light yellow beer with a lazing white head. The aroma has notes of honey, straw, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of honey, straw, and malt, leading to a dry finish.
