Canned (As Egerer Pilsner, from Systembolaget Skellefteå). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is grassy, hayish, grainy and herbal. Flavour is herbal, grassy, wooden and mild grainy notes. Not as harsh as I expected.

Bottle picked up directly from the brewery Friday 18th November 2022, drinking this sat at home Saturday 19th November 2022 listening to Ezra Furman - All of us Flames. We will be cooking a Rick Stein Fish Pie for tea. Pours a clear gold colour with a white head. Dry, clean and fresh, there is a decent hoppiness, in fact this is a good beer.

(Can) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty nose with notes of crisp-bread, grass, honey and citrus. Malty, slightly hoppy taste with bread, apricots, herbs, some orange and a mild grassy bitterness in the finish. Medium body, dry. Crisp and clean, well made pilsner. Quite nice.

Crystal clear golden coloured body with a single and possibly two centimetre tall white head. Aroma of grass, hay, biscuits, honey, light hops and a touch of lager yeast - fairly mild in the nose. Light-bodied; Strong grassy and herbal flavour at first with a deep biscuity and grainy flavour that shows more malt and grassy bite than anything else with a very mild sweetness towards the end. Aftertaste is relatively mild with a definite grassy and herbal flavour, showing a touch of subdued sugars and caramelised sweetness towards the end, but the grassy and herbal bite is a bit more potent and sticks out towards the end. Overall, a pretty mild and grassy beer with some malty and nutty flavours and a subdued sweetness and yeastie bite at the very end. Not horrible, but not a great beer or worth trying to find. I sampled this 50 cL can purchased from the Costco Advent Calendar, purchased from Costco in Arlington (Pentagon City), Virginia on 29-September-2018 for US$59,99/24 pack/days, sampled on the 6th Day of December, 2018 at my parent's house in Manassas, Virginia.

500 ml can from the Advent calendar. No "Bierkutscher" on this label and an ABV of 4.5%, so I don't know if this is the right spot or not. Aroma is grassy, bready, custard, peppery, floral. Pours clear pale golden with a one+ finger bone white head with good retention. Taste is moderately bitter, metallic, with a faint bready sweetness. This is the second metallic tasting beer I've had in this calendar and only on day 6. This would be really good without the offnote.

Can 33 cl. Pours a clear golden with a white head. Sweet, malty but also extremely metallic in the nose. Again sweet, malty body and again extremely metallic accents. It all leads up to a very bitter finish. All the metal is a serious flaw. 200618
