A typical lager, bready, rather well balanced, malty, rather dry, hop for lager, a good product for your throat after a walk, 20.10.19, during our trip in Kirchzarten, in family and buying it there at one edeka.

Sehr getreidig herber Beginn, trocken mit geringfügigen Hopfennoten. Konstant herb, die Getreidenoten flachen leicht ab. Einfach aber fehlerfrei. 9/7/9/8/8/9

50cl bottle from P&M Bonn. Pours clear pale golden colour with a mid-sized good lasting white head. Aroma of pale malt, straw, mild hops. Taste of pale mild sweetish malt, hay, grains, nothing special!

Small white head, fast gone over low carbonated metallic golden beer. Pale malts and a bit mineral aroma. Rather demure. Bitter, fine herbal taste at first, but soon going into sweet, rather dull malts & grains. Warming up, toasted. Light body, light velvety feel, low carbonation. Aftertaste is sweet, again with a faint mineral touch. Dull.

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a medium-sized foamy white head. Mildly grainy pale malty aroma with herbal and delicately woody hops. Moderately sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with an almost crisp carbonation. Pale malt-character with grainy spots, sweetish grainy and shy hop bitter finish. Quite average. 03.I.12

Bottle from Quack-Duck: Golden, visible carbonation, stable bleached fluffy head, moderate sweetish-grainy nose, some dust, too; light bodied, not soft, sweet-bitter flavour; grainy-sweetish finish. Not great, still drinkable....

Bottle bought at the brewery. Looks simple, but good. The beer in the glass is okay, zippy, small head. Starts mild, modest hoppy-grasy, finish more spicy. A little bit metallically background. All in all quite drinkable and not bad!
