Bottle 50 cl. Pours a hazy, very pale yellow with a lacing white head. Rubbery smoke in the nose. Super thin body, a light citric fruitiness but otherwise just this rubbery, greasy smoke with a whiff of yeast. Whatever Galaxy hops drowns in the smoke. 151216

500ml Bottle (with Galaxy hops) - Pale golden in colour with a haze and a white head. Melon, smoked malt and lemon in the aroma. Oak, melon and citrus stand out in the taste followed by some smoky notes that linger somewhat in the aftertaste.

500ml bottle. Hazy, bright yellow-ish, pale golden colour with average, fluffy, fairly lasting and lacing, beaten egg white head. Tart-ish fruity, smoky "Rippchen mit Kraut"-aroma, notes of loin ribs, sauerkraut, boiled apple, a woody touch of unripe pear. Taste is slightly tart, mild smoky, wheaty and fruity, hints of apple, unripe pear, sauerkraut, bacon, a salty touch, residual malt sweetness. Well balanced, very mild and cautious in tart- and smokiness.

Trübes hell goldgelbes Bier mit geringen weißen Schaumkrone. Geruch mild säuerlich, Kraut, limetten. Geschmack mild säuerlich, Kräuter, limetten.

Wersja single hop Galaxy. Barwa słomkowa, piana wysoka, pozostawia delikatny ślad. W aromacie wyraźnie wyczuwalna wędzonka oraz lekka słodowość. W smaku również wędzonka i delikatna owocność. Nasycenie średnie, gorycz na niskim poziomie. Jak nie przepadam za Grodziskim to w tym przypadku nawet mi smakowało.
