0,33 l bottle from Erzengel. Thanks a lot! Listed with 6.5 abv on he label. Hazy red golden with an nearly two finger frothy head in the glass. My first smell impression was perfumed. Herbs, intensive flowers and sweet thinks like honey and resin. Taste is strange, hop bitterness and a lot of medical herbs. Sorry, definitive not my cup of tea.

ABV: 6.5%. Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, thai spicy, spices, earthy, lemongrass, basil, minty, herbal. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, spicy, minty, fruity hops, hoppy, coffee ! herbal, lemongrass, basil. IMO: very odd .. with a lot of things that not belong in a beer (my beer). Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20200111]

Bottle @Højbjerg Tasting. Nearly clear golden, white head. Strong thai basil and lime leaf aroma. Srong, herbal spicy flavour, thai basil, light licorice. I like these flavours, but they don't really belong in a beer.

Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Light malty very perfumed/lavender aroma. Light bitter flavor. Strong lavender notes. Average finish. Oily palate.

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are rich thyme, fruits, lime, hops, basil, sage, malt and has a nice bitter finish.

Mainz 2019. Smooth fruity beginning. Lots of herbs, grain and smooth floralness Fantastic fresh ending. Intense herbal. Great.

Tap at Festival der Bierkulturen. Slightly cloudy, orangey golden colour with small, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Herbal-Spicy and slightly citrusy hoppy aroma, hints of lemon, lime, lemongrass, a touch of liquorice, aniseed, and balm. Taste delivers similar flavours. Nice composition with a clear idea.
