Dalla famiglia belgian ALE alla EIL italiana.
Birra Ambrata leggermente opalescente dall’evidente richiamo allo Stile Belgian Ale. E’ la prima nata del birrificio Hibu: presenta una schiuma compatta e persistente; il profumo intenso con note di prugna, caramello e frutta tropicale: ananas e mango, si unisce piacevolmente alla dolcezza dei malti e al tenue sentore di amaro da luppoli lasciando un impronta di notevole durata. Questa equilibrata bilanciatura tra opposti trova la sua completezza in abbinamento a risotti e primi elaborati. 13.9°

Bottle (thanks, fatphil). Pours amber. Aroma is fruits, citrus, malt. Flavor is sweet, fruity, citrus, grapefruit. Finish has some dry-grapefruit bitterness. Overall: ok-ish.

Draft. A hazy amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of malt and over ripe fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and caramel, leading to a bitter finish.

From tap. Pours hazy orange with a small tan head. Aroma is toasted malty, caramelish and herbal. Toasted malty, caramelish and slight breadish. Bitter. Toasted and slight herbal finish.

THANK YOU RB PEOPLE! Sampled draft @ Hoppy Days! Hazy orange, white head. Pretty dull brew, sweet milky, sugar, yeast, citrus, creamy. Pretty dull, rather sweet brew. Not a very interesting Belgian Ale but it’s a hard style to achieve something impressive it seems going by the general output.

Draft at Hoppy Days. Cloudy golden yellow color. Light fruit aroma. Taste is lightly funky fruit. OK.

Draft at Hoppy Days. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma of fruity hops, citrus, light tropical, peach. Flavour is light to moderate sweet. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle thanks to Ashton McCobb. Pours hazy amber with a thick, bubbly off-white head. Aromas of Belgian yeast, floral hops, spice. Taste is sweet, malty, light spice finish.
