Birra Ambrata leggermente opalescente dall’evidente richiamo allo Stile Belgian Ale. E’ la prima nata del birrificio Hibu: presenta una schiuma compatta e persistente; il profumo intenso con note di prugna, caramello e frutta tropicale: ananas e mango, si unisce piacevolmente alla dolcezza dei malti e al tenue sentore di amaro da luppoli lasciando un impronta di notevole durata. Questa equilibrata bilanciatura tra opposti trova la sua completezza in abbinamento a risotti e primi elaborati. 13.9°

Draft at Hoppy Days. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma of fruity hops, citrus, light tropical, peach. Flavour is light to moderate sweet. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle thanks to Ashton McCobb. Pours hazy amber with a thick, bubbly off-white head. Aromas of Belgian yeast, floral hops, spice. Taste is sweet, malty, light spice finish.

Sample from the brewery. Appearance - cloudy amber with a decent head. Nose - toffee and dried fruit. Taste - loads of toffee with light prunes. Palate - medium bodied with a creamy yet tangy texture and a long dry tangy finish. Overall - getting into Belgian dubbel.

On tap at Hoppy Days. Hazy golden orange colour, creamy off-white head. Aroma of some sweet malts, fruits, distinctive yeasty aroma. Flavour is medium sweet, yeasty, fruity, nice bitter finish. Not very outspoken, but nice. Light bodied.

ambrata buona schiuma abbondante peristente note maltata fruttate in bocca dolce all’inizio poi entra in gioco il luppolo e poi i lieviti forse bevuta un po troppo giovamne non ben bilanciata i lieviti molto abbondanti nella bottiglia risultanio leggermente pepati speziati
