Amazing barrel notes (feels like a Sherry one), some sweetness (amazing after all this time). Very smooth and balanced. Must be served with the bottom dregs IMHO. Nice!

Bottle shared at the source. Probably my favourite of the 4. Musty, fruity, zappy, with a pleasant fruity funk character, some oak expression, apple and hay. Grand complexity combines with enormous drinkability. Lovely.

A hazy amber beer with a beige head. Aroma of sour stone fruits, plums, brett, grapes. Taste of sour grapes, red fruits, berries, brett, vinegar, funky. Great stuff.

Angenehmer, mild säuerlicher Antrunk. Dezente Karamellnoten im Hintergrund, weich getreidig, hohe Süffigkeit. Spritzig, weich, die Säure nimmt ab, die Komplexität bleibt. Unterdurchschnittliche Karbonisierung, mittellanger weicher Abgang. 10/12/12/12/10/12

Bottle bought at Etre Gourmet in 2011. Hazy dark golden/amber with a large head. Nicely sour with lemon, oak, funk, earth and light apples. Feels fresh and very, very tasty.
#forgottotap Sour, tart, fruity, lots of funk, good carbonation. Zesty, stone fruit, some musty cellar notes, dry. Still banging, very nice.

Bottle, 750 ml at charity tasting Wien 2022. Shared with Miro B, Werckmeister and others. Beautiful funk, barnyard, layered, some cellar notes, nice sourness. Very balanced and yet complex. Smooth.

0,75l from bottle at De Heeren. Amber hazy color, small white head. Smells funky, wood, earthy, bit citric, cheesy, grassy. Very nice smell. Medium to full body, soft to bubbly carbonation, slick mouthfeel. Tastes earthy, spices, citric, grassy, funk, wood, bit peppery. Finishes medium dry and medium sour with notes of citrus, wood and earthy notes. Very smooth, very subtle to drink, love the balance, great balance 8, 4, 9, 4, 18
