Hell würziger Antrunk, dezent alkoholisch. Hell würzig, süffig, ich hätte das Bier malziger erwartet. Zum Ende herber, malziger, wenig würzig. 11/9/9/9//9

Enjoyed on tap at Vetters in Heidelberg, DE at the end of a long work trip. This was one of the best of the style that I’ve had, fantastic stuff. Appearance is a full bodied gold with a modest white head. Aroma of sweetness, bit of spice and caramel malt. Taste was pretty sweet but also very flavorful, it’s a definite easy drinker and very enjoyable. Great place.

2011-02-16, draught at the brauhaus, 6.5% ABV, 6-5-6-3-13=33
Hazy amber color; creamy head. Mild aroma, of caramel and apples. The mouthfeel is soft, with some malt and caramel flavor, while the bitterness is low. It seems a bit more mature than one month ago, rounder, but still simple. Unoffensive.

2010-11-14, draught at the brauhaus, 5.5% ABV (?), 7-5-7-3-14=36
Hazy amber color; compact head. Mild aroma of caramel and butter. The body is rounder than a regular beer, even if the beer is not very strong; there is a good caramel flavor, some residual sweetness, light mellow biscuity touch, light butter. The final has a moderate bitterness, with traces of nuts. Quite pleasant.

A hazy orange beer with a huge orangey head. The aroma is sweet alcoholic with notes of apricot, while the flavor is sweet, and like sipping thick floating caramel with notes of fruits - especially peaches, leading to an end with notes of alcohol, though not overpowering.
