Murphy's Law reversed! When you have an off spec beer you are left with two choices. Dump it or play with it. We at Nøgne Ø believe in seeing the possibilities and grasping the opportunities given. Our miscoloured Saison was put in fresh red wine barrels, and the flavours created we found irresistible. So we made more. This bottle contains a blend of our finest red wine barel aged Saison.

Bottle. Amber color. Vinous (red wine), soft salty aroma. Malty yet dry vinous flavor. Soft salty notes. Just a touch of vinegarry sourness. Well carbonated. Enjoyable.

Nogne Ø Saison Reserve 7% Bottle from Rakuten and this red saison is aged in red wine barrels. Upon opening, this was an insane gusher with tons of beer rushing all over the place which was a shame as the sharply aromatic beer smelled wonderfully liked candied wine. Got a friend who loves wine? Share one of these with them! Medium in body with a very active feeling round carbonation.
The taste is sweet candy saison notes, wafers and a nutty ruby berry kind of wine like, caramel cookie from the malts and a tart oak from the barrel. A really fun beer.

Kicsi, villámgyorsan elillanó hab, félbarna szín, szűretlen. Pezsgős, fehérboros illat. Íze fehérboros, kissé pezsgős, erős hordós, vaníliás aromákkal. Testes, erősen szénsavas, enyhén keserű. Nagyon izgalmas, finom, jól kiegyensúlyozott sör.
