Thanks to quack-duck for this one! Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts fine malty, modest moldy-grasy, a bit soapy, not too much. Light sourish background. Finish again with some soapy-malty notes. Okay.

(bottle, 33cl, courtesy of Quack-Duck) Hazy, pale golden colour with a short and slightly off-white foamy head. Bready, slightly worty malty aroma with yeasty and little herbal hoppy spice. Moderately sweet and slightly bitter flavour, medium to light bodied with a tame carbonation. Mildly bready (cara-)malty taste with hints of residual sugar and delicately hoppy notes from behind; sweet and slightly sticky finish. Not the best brew of the Ruppaner collection. 31.III.14

Bottle(courtesy of Quack-Duck!): Golden, hazy, small foamy layer; malty-nutty nose with a "woody"-hoppy and yeasty background; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, medium-bodied; lingering and a bit warming, kind of Bock-like, malty finish with distinctive hoppy traces in the aftertaste. A nice one…
