Unser Urtrüb wird wie ein Spezial eingebraut und dann nach besonderes langer Lagerung naturbelassen ohne Filtration in die Bügelflasche abgefüllt. So bleiben in diesem unfiltrierten Lagerbier alle Vitamine der Bierhefe erhalten.

(bottle) Hazy, pale golden colour with a big foamy white head. Moderately sweet and yeasty malty aroma with a touch of biscuits and delicate flowery hops. Light-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a calm carbonation. Pale malty, slightly doughy and faint grainy taste with very subtle fruity accents and herbal hops in the background; slim and slightly bitter hoppy finish. Not bad, but finally it lacks character (13.VII.09).
